What are users?#
Users are either created via the users page on the dashboard or via our API using the .license or .register function.Creating a user#
When creating a user, you are able to assign the following:Username: The username for the user
Password: The password for the user, please note that if you would like the user to enter their own password for their account, then leave the password field empty. When the user goes to log into their account then can enter any password the first time.
Email: The email for the user. Emails are not required, however they are strongly recommended since they can help the user reset their password if they forget it down the road.
Subscription: The subscription that the user is having assigned to their account. Learn more about subscriptions on the subscriptions page.
Expiration: The date/time the users subscription is set to expire.
HWID affected: If you have HWID check enabled in your application settings but do not want a user to be affected by that check you can disable this feature, otherwise keep it enabled so they are forced to go through the check. This will help prevent users from sharing their account.
Resetting a users hwid#
If a user needs to reset their hwid for any reason, you can select their profile and then click on reset hwid. This will allow the next HWID they use to sign into the program to be assigned to their account.Resetting all users hwids#
If all user hwids need to be reset, you can click on the yellow reset all hwids button. This will remove every HWID assigned to all users assigned to the application.Modified at 2026-03-14 18:25:29
