What are subscriptions?#
Subscriptions are used to better organize users as well as set custom expiration dates for users.Creating a subscription#

When creating a subscription, you will be able to assign the following:Subscription name: The name of the subscription
Subscription level: The level of the subscription. Levels can play a huge part when it comes to allowing resellers certain permissions.
Subscription Status#
The subscription isn't assigned to any user. The subscription is assigned to one or more users. The subscription is paused for all assigned users. Pausing a subscription#
When pausing a subscription, every user that has that subscription will not be able to access their account, unless they have another subscription assigned. Example:Assigning a subscription to a user#
It is a common misunderstanding that some users may want to add a subscription to a user via the subscriptions page, instead adding a subscription to a user should be done on the users page.Clicking the blue extend expiration button will allow you to select:the user(s) the subscription is being assigned to
the subscription being assigned to the user(s)
the expiration of the subscription being assigned to the user(s)
active users only toggle. If this is toggled, then only users with an active subscription will receive the additional subscription/time added to them.
Deleting a subscription#
When a subscription is deleted, it is removed from all users who have it assigned to them. All subscriptions except for the default subscription can be deleted.Users cannot log in without a valid subscription.
