Custom Domain (Customer Panel)

This is for the Customer Panel. Not the API.

Overview#

Custom domains for the customer panel will allow your clients to visit a familiar, rather than ours. Customers will be able to change their username, password, email, download files and operate the web loader, all from their browser.

Step 1
Navigate to your application settings.

Click on the blue "Add Custom domain" button

Step 3
Enter the domain you would like to use.
Do not include "https://" in your domain - it will not work

Click on the blue "Add Domain" button

Click on the Setup Automatically button.
Cloudflare will open. Make sure you've signed into the account that has your domain. Then click the "authorize" button.

After the Cloudflare popup closes, click on the "Check Domain" button.
This process can take up to one(1) minute. To prevent caching issues, it's recommended you do not visit your domain during this step. You should also not refresh the page until you get a successful confirmation.

After you have received a successful response, your domain is now set up and is ready to be accessed by your customers.
